| Launch Your Fund Raising Career! Join the staff of the United Way of Greater Cleveland to assist with our annual campaign as a Loaned Executive. The annual campaign, the cornerstone of which is the workplace campaign, raises financial resources for vital health and human service programs throughout Cuyahoga County.
Purpose of Position: Plan, organize, and implement all aspects of a successful workplace campaign for an assigned group of accounts, in coordination with the Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) and United Way staff.
Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze and prioritize account assignments and manage overall campaign process to ensure that workplace campaigns are as efficient and effective as possible. Initiate, promote, and maintain contact with ECMs to ensure campaigns stay on track and to enhance the relationship between area organizations and United Way in order to increase amount of funds raised for the community. Maintain account files, track and report progress as well as results to United Way staff and/or volunteers.
Job Relationships: Frequent contact with Employee Campaign Managers, United Way fundraising staff, and volunteers.
Qualifications: A self-starter with proven interpersonal skills and experience in sales and/or fund raising. Ability to work well independently as well as function within a team. Excellent planning and time management skills a must. Presentation skills and ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment preferred.
