You have the power to change your world when you invest in United Way. That's because in Greater Cleveland, whether you're one individual or a huge corporation, the impact of your gift grows when it is added together with other sources of funding. Together we are doing so much more than any of us can do alone.

By being a part of a shared, community-wide agenda, you join many community partners who are investing in our community through United Way. With a focused, strategic plan, our collective resources will keep our local safety net of essential health and human services strong and make our world here at home much stronger. With your help, we can and will solve some of our toughest problems. It won't happen overnight, but we will prove to you that your dollars are invested wisely by setting goals and annually reporting measurable results so that you will know how you are making a difference.

Donating Items to United Way Agencies
As part of our service to the community, United Way's 211/First Call For Help will refer individuals who wish to donate new or gently used items, to agencies that have expressed a need for such items. 211/First Call For Help may be reached by dialing 2-1-1 from a landline phone or (216) 436-2000 from cell phones. You may also visit First Call For Help's web site for information at 211cleveland.org. Please note: United Way of Greater Cleveland is not a member of the Donated Goods/Gifts-in-Kind Program.
