Foreclosure Avoided - Thanks to
211 When
Scot Hafko purchased his home on a fixed-rate mortgage,
he knew he could afford the agreed-upon monthly
payments. But after years of paying his mortgage on
time, the lender raised the minimum payment, and then
raised it again. Scot's calls to the lender to reduce
the payments back to the original agreement were
ignored. He was forced to put the house up for sale,
until he got some advice that turned things
around. More... | | |

Humanitarian and
Philanthropist Societies Replace Leadership Circle,
Ten Plus, in Brand
Makeover United Way's Humanitarian
and Philanthropist Societies are the brand new look for
the Leadership Circle and Ten Plus donor groups. Karen
Haefling, KeyCorp Chief Marketing Officer, and Tim G.
Seiple, Adcom President, led the development of the new
brand architecture, which includes new identities and
graphic images for each level within Humanitarian,
Philanthropist, Visionary and Million Dollar Societies,
and is based on a Brand Pyramid that reflects the United
Way image among its stakeholders. The Adcom creative
team developed the graphic concepts, which will appear
on all 2008 materials. More...
