Scot Hafko

THE LIVES YOU TOUCH

Scot Hafko

Foreclosure Avoided -
Thanks to 211

When Scot Hafko purchased his home on a fixed-rate mortgage, he knew he could afford the agreed-upon monthly payments. But after years of paying his mortgage on time, the lender raised the minimum payment, and then raised it again. Scot's calls to the lender to reduce the payments back to the original agreement were ignored. He was forced to put the house up for sale, until he got some advice that turned things around.
