      United Way eBay Auction Starts January 25
      Fantastic Items Up for Bid

      January 15, 2008 (Cleveland, Ohio)
      The United Way of Greater Cleveland 7th Annual Auction on eBay offers bidders exciting items, including Continental Airlines and sporting event tickets, travel and resort packages, entertainment and more. The online auction takes place from January 25 to February 4. Proceeds benefit United Way of Greater Cleveland. The auction will go live on Friday, January 25.       "We're very grateful to all the individuals and companies that have so generously donated all these fantastic items for United Way of Greater Cleveland's eBay Auction," says K. Michael Benz, United Way President and CEO.

      Here are a few of the items that will be up for bid:

    • Continental Airlines tickets to destinations in the 48 continental United States plus Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean
    • Cleveland Indians suite>
    • Hummer H3 rental for a weekend
    • Avril Lavigne concert tickets
    • GE Outdoor Cooking Center
    • Deluxe weekend night stay and breakfast for two at the Cleveland InterContinental Hotel
    • VIP tour of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum
    • Stay and Play package at Peek 'n Peak resort in Findley, NY
    • Foursome of golf and cottage stay at Sand Ridge Golf Club
    • White water rafting trip for 2 on the Shenandoah River
    • One year membership to LifeWorks Health and Fitness Center
