Fun Raising and Fund Raising for Cleveland's Young Professionals
March 24, 2008 (Cleveland, Ohio)
United Way of Greater Cleveland's GeneratioNEXT group will host their first gala event, PROMapalooza, at The Ritz Carlton's Silver Grille in the Higbee Building at Public Square on Saturday, April 12, from 7:30 p.m. to midnight.
PROMapalooza has the tagline, "It's like prom… only better." It will be a unique, tres chic event that features entertainment by rock band Punch the Clown, a silent auction, food and open bar.
"PROMapalooza is a groundbreaking event to create more recognition for GeneratioNEXT, United Way's young professional group, age 25-40, which is interested in supporting the community through philanthropy and volunteerism," said Lindsay Steinbrink, GeneratioNEXT Co-Chair and Colliers Ostendorf-Morris Property Manager. "It's also going to be a fun new way to engage young professionals in our group and to support United Way of Greater Cleveland at the same time."
Tickets are $95 each or $175 for a pair. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. All proceeds benefit United Way of Greater Cleveland. For more information, ticket or sponsorship purchases, please contact Sarah Trimble at (216) 436-2185 or strimble@uws.org.
